My role as a Solutions Consultant is to mainly work with my technical team and lead the project from initial requirements gathering phase to final deployment. I am responsible for coming up with the Solution Proposal/Scope of Work and Functional Specifications document after consultations and workshops with the customer. Moreover, I am involved during the project phase as technical lead to
deal with any technical issues.

My role as a Software Development Engineer was to gather requirements, design, code and deploy which encompasses all the phases of a software project. Moreover, I was involved as Solutions Architect in various Pre-sales activities related to Mediation, Billing, IN and other Telecom related projects.
